Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
How long does processing take?
Each gift box is assembled with care. Please allow 4–6 business days for processing before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days after leaving our shop, depending on your location and the carrier.
Which carriers do you use?
We use UPS or USPS.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy for online orders?
All online orders are final sale.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@steadfastsupplydc.com with your order number and photos. We will assist you right away.

Do you offer exchanges in-store?
In-store purchases may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please speak with a team member for details.

We proudly ship curated gift boxes within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Please allow 4–6 business days for processing, as each gift box is assembled with care. Shipping times vary by region, but most orders arrive within 3–6 business days after leaving our shop.
We ship using the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for your region, which may include UPS or USPS.

Returns & Exchanges
Online Orders
All online orders are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@steadfastsupplydc.com with your order number and photos. We will assist you promptly.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases may be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
Refunds are not offered for in-store purchases.
