Orders & Shipping

We ship within the continental United States.

Carriers + services
We ship via major carriers (USPS and UPS). Available services and rates are shown at checkout.

Handling time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding holidays). Shipping timelines and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout.

Order cutoff time
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery locations
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. If a P.O. box is provided, we will ship via USPS when available. If the selected service cannot deliver to a P.O. box, we’ll contact you for an alternate address.

Order changes + cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, we may not be able to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need help, email info@steadfastsupplydc.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.


Returns & Damages

Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery (or pickup date).

To start a return
Email info@steadfastsupplydc.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return conditions
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right.

Refunds + store credit
Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit (your choice). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Most online orders are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery (or pickup date) as long as items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Some items are not eligible for return, including sale items, gift cards, food and beverage items, personal care items (including soaps, skincare, bath products), and any opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
