Squads are a group of like-minded women (created by YOU, supported by us) that gather together monthly (or more!) for inspirational, educational, and/or social events. WE provide the ideas and atmosphere, YOU show up and find your tribe. This is your IRL community that pushes you to grow, cheers you on, and connects you with deeper, more authentic relationships. Each month we host different events around the country with a different theme. This month’s theme is all about FASHION and we are so excited to be partnering with Steadfast Supply | The Yards!
SO WHAT IS SHE FACTOR?
SheFactor is lifestyle brand providing an on/offline platform for twenty-something women craving community, purpose, & growth. It’s a movement founded by women for women, and includes an app-based curriculum, relatable and consistent blog content, a book, a daily newsletter, a podcast, and in person events. Our initial launch featured The Bachelorette’s Kaitlyn Bristowe and she has been a major spokesperson for our brand since. We’ve also been touring around the country launching in 25 major markets!

WHO WE ARE: Steadfast Supply’s mission is to provide a retail platform for independent brands and designers from around the globe to share their goods and their stories with our neighboring communities. We seek to play an active role in connecting talented makers with consumers, and connecting supportive consumers with the creative minds behind our brands with the intent to help build a better community and foster meaningful and authentic relationships. Our mission is to contribute to the advancement of the local community and to the creative growth of the DMV at large by introducing unique and innovative brands into the local market. Initially a short-term pop-up in 2016, Steadfast Supply has grown into two retail establishments in the DMV: The Yards in Washington, DC and Ballston Quarter in Arlington, VA.
