Join artist and teacher, Virginia Mae Warwick, in creating your very own hand pulled linoleum block print!

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN: During this workshop, each participant will learn the art of hand pulled linoleum block printing, while either exploring your own chosen subject matter or Virginia will provide the drawings and leave the carving and printing to you. Virginia will be teaching a variety of carving techniques, providing different colored inks and all the supplies necessary to create your own unique design or pattern to bring home after the workshop is complete.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Virginia has been exploring linoleum block printing since her undergraduate years at art school. She has extensive teaching experience and is currently teaching at the local community college in Frederick along with upcoming classes at the local arts center.
