WHAT IS FM-31? ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Meet Noah Martin, the founder and creative director of FM-31. In addition to building the FM-31 platform, Noah is a designer and educator by trade and a resident designer with the Designing the Future(s) Initiative at Georgetown University.
