I see that you process your online orders with Paypal. Do I need a Paypal account to pay?

Though we process our online orders with Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to pay. We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts on a secure web page protected by Paypal. Just click on “Don’t have a Paypal account” on the payment page, and enter your payment information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email including your tracking information.


Return & Exchange Policy | Online purchase only

If you find that you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you are more than welcome to exchange your purchase within 2 weeks of your sales receipt date. Please note that shipping is non-refundable. Allow 2-3 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed and completed.

Purchased items are determined non-returnable if items have been worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. Items must be shipped via insured U.S. mail or an insured traceable parcel carrier (such as FedEx or UPS).

Please note that all sale items are final, and non-refundable.

To exchange an item:

1. Send an email to info@steadfastsupplydc.com notifying us of your exchange.

2. Include your name, the item you wish to exchange, the item you would like to exchange for, and the sales receipt date.

3. An email confirmation will be provided with the returned shipping address.

4. Once we receive the exchanged item and the terms above have been met, we will contact you for shipping costs. For exchanges, customers are responsible for additional shipping costs.

Damaged/Incorrect Item Policy:

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please email a photo of the incorrect or damaged item to info@steadfastsupplydc.com. We will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us for repair or replacement. Once the item has been replaced or fixed, we will ship the item back to you free of cost.


Shipping Policy | Domestic only

All domestic orders are shipped through reliable carriers, which includes online tracking. Once order and payment are received, all orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday), and generally take 3-4 business days for arrival. We are not responsible for missing/damaged packages due to Postal Service errors.

Domestic Shipping & Handling Rates:

For every online order, we charge a flat rate of $8 per order, with an extra $2 for each additional item.


Cancellation Policy

We do our best to package and ship online orders in a timely manner and therefore do not offer an online cancellation feature. However, if would like to cancel your order and it has not already been shipped please email us at info@steadfastsupplydc.com and we can issue you a full refund.
