Blue Henry Spirits is a family owned business. As a family who loves to entertain and make those parties fun for their guests – they struggled with how to do that without spending all of our time hosting rather than enjoying our guests. Well, these products solve that problem.

They select the finest, simplest all-natural ingredients to create flavor.  95% of their flavor extracts are made in house.  They prioritize local, American-made, small business resources where possible for ingredient sourcing.

Chouquette: Chocolates, caramels, so pretty you can't image eating them, so delicious, you can't help yourself.

Owner, Sarah Dwyer is a Paris-trained chocolatier, obsessed with chocolate covered caramels since she first saw a Whitman's Sampler at her grandmother's house.  Poking, Squishing and Biting chocolates until she found a chocolate-covered caramel, she risked spankings, timeouts and no dessert for a week.

After 15 years in retail and banking, chocolatier Sarah Dwyer spent a year in Paris learning how to create the perfect version.  Inspired by European techniques, local ingredients and beautiful designs, she started Chouquette to share delicious happiness with the world. Chouquette was established in 2010.

MASTIHA Artisan Greek Bakery is built on roots, tradition and a passion for desirable ingredients.

What does MASTIHA mean?  It is the sap drippings, or “tears”, from the mastic tree which grows on the north-eastern Aegean Greek island of Chios.  This sap has been collected for thousands of years and used in many ways; medicinally, cosmetically, culinarily.  The benefits and superfood properties of mastiha are profound and considered one of the oldest natural remedy ingredients in the world.

When used culinarily, the flavor is recognizably unique, but also difficult to describe.  Slightly piney, a bit herbaceous, almost woodsy, similar bitterness to rosemary, but also none of these flavors.  One thing is for sure, once you taste it, you will certainly remember the flavor when experienced again.
