In our wellness workshop, we'll be tackling all the little annoying things that get in the way of you actually sticking with your exercise routine, early wake-up time, or diet so that you feel productive, healthy, and excited to make your dreams a reality! You'll be crafting plans for your best morning routine, so come ready to dream, scheme, and write!
Start your Saturday off right with 20 minutes of yoga, followed by an interactive workshop about healthy routine building. Embrace the spirit of the weekend and learn how to better mitigate stress and prioritize your happiness; no cheesy tips, unrealistic goals, or gimmicks included!
