Steadfast Supply is seeking new and growing American brands that embrace an elevated aesthetic and think outside the box. We currently have availability for November and December. If you are interested in applying to become a Steadfast Supply brand, please read below to learn more about our pricing, complete our questionnaire, and submit a non-refundable application fee of $20. Unpaid applications will not be considered. If you have questions prior to completing the application, please email us at since the fee is non-refundable. The fee helps cover our overhead costs and the resources needed to adequately review applications. Please note that only approved vendors will be contacted.

Please note that vendors do not need to "man" their area; Steadfast Supply has an experienced sales and customer service team to help customers in place.

Handmade, or otherwise lovingly produced.
Please explain how, where and by whom your products are made. 

Does your product bring something new to DC or the greater retail market? 

Consistent quality
We want to see that your product is reliable and that your brand is growing.

Does your product fall exclusively on one end of the cost spectrum? Do you have multiple price points? We want to offer a shopping experience that everyone can enjoy. 

Vendor Application

Please review our rent and fees for approved retail brands: $600 for November and $650 for December. A 2.75% credit card processing fee will also be deducted from sales payout. At the end of the month, brands will be sent a check for the value of their sold goods.
